Aliya Yusuf [1] is a partner of the Firm of Orr Dignam & Co one of the best regarded corporate commercial law firms in Pakistan and is based in their Karachi office. She has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate commercial matters with a focus on M&A and project work and through a number of sectors including oil, gas and power. Both Ms. Yusuf and the Firm have been consistently ranked in prestigious legal journals including Chambers and Asia Pacific 500. She has also served on a number of boards in the capacity of an independent director. Ms. Yusuf is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and is a Barrister from Gray’s Inn.
